There is no difference in content or quality. All plans are Premium with 4K UHD quality. The only difference is the single device you can log into (Mobile, Laptop/PC, or TV).

No. The plans are strictly for one device type only. To use on multiple different devices, you would need to purchase a separate plan for each or ask us about an All-Access plan

Yes! 4K UHD quality is standard on all our plans. To watch in 4K, you need a 4K-compatible device and a good internet connection.

You can log in on exactly one device as per the plan you buy (e.g., the TV plan works on one TV only). You can watch on one screen at a time on that device.

The delivery time for your order depends on your membership status with our store:

  1. Open the Sony Liv app on your Smart TV.
  2. Select the "Sign In" option. The TV will display a unique activation code.
  3. Take a clear picture of this code and send it to our WhatsApp support along with your Order ID.
  4. We will activate your TV from our end within minutes.

Once the account details are delivered, we cannot issue a refund. However, we guarantee that your plan will work for the full duration and offer a free replacement if any issues arise from our end.

Yes, we can help with that. If you have ordered the wrong device plan by mistake, please contact our WhatsApp support team immediately after your purchase and before you log in to the account.

Provide your Order ID and explain the reason for the exchange. You must clearly state which new plan you want (e.g., "I ordered the Mobile plan, but I need the TV plan"). Our team will then update your order and provide you with the new, correct account details. Please note that any price difference between the plans will need to be settled to complete the exchange.
